You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Products intended for professional, commercial, electrical, structural, stage, venue, or public-event use should be purchased and used only by persons capable of understanding the applicable specifications, instructions, risks, and legal requirements.
We do not knowingly permit minors to independently purchase products where doing so would be unlawful.
3. Permitted Use of the Website
You may use the website only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes.
You may not use the website, its content, or our products:

4. Accounts and Customer Information
You may be required to provide information when creating an account, placing an order, requesting support, or processing a return.
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for:
-
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
-
Using a secure password
-
Restricting access to your device and account
-
Reviewing your order and contact information
-
Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity
You may not create an account using another person’s identity or contact information without authorization.
Stagevera is not responsible for losses caused solely by a customer’s failure to protect account credentials, except where applicable law provides otherwise or the loss was caused by our failure to use legally required safeguards.
We may suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security concerns, unlawful activity, repeated policy abuse, or unauthorized access.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including:
-
Product descriptions
-
Images
-
Dimensions
-

-

-

-

-

-
Manufacturing updates
-
Measurement methods
-

-
Packaging changes
-
Supplier updates
-
Reasonable product improvements
Colors displayed on a monitor, phone, or other device may not exactly match the physical product.
Measurements may contain reasonable manufacturing or manual-measurement tolerances unless a specific tolerance is stated.
A product will not be considered materially different solely because of a minor non-functional variation that does not substantially affect its identity, performance, intended use, or value.
Nothing in this section permits Stagevera to supply a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.
6. Stage, Performance, and Event Products
Stagevera sells products that may be used in connection with:
-

-

Some products may involve electrical power, mounting, overhead placement, load-bearing, rigging, cabling, heat, moving parts, batteries, tools, adhesives, or other operational risks.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all available specifications, instructions, warnings, and compatibility information before purchasing or using a product.
The fact that a product is offered for sale does not mean that it is suitable for every venue, jurisdiction, installation, electrical system, structure, event, audience, or intended use.
7. Installation and Professional Assistance
Products involving electricity, structural attachment, overhead suspension, rigging, load-bearing use, power distribution, stage construction, venue safety, or public-event operation may require installation, inspection, testing, maintenance, or approval by a suitably qualified professional.
Customers should not rely solely on general product descriptions or customer support communications as a substitute for professional:
-
Electrical advice
-
Engineering advice
-
Rigging advice
-
Structural advice
-
Safety certification
-
Venue approval
-
Code-compliance advice
-
Legal advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Stagevera does not provide installation, engineering, electrical, structural, safety-certification, or venue-compliance services.
Customers are responsible for confirming whether professional installation, permits, inspections, certifications, secondary safety attachments, protective equipment, or periodic maintenance are required.
8. Product Compatibility
Before ordering, customers should verify applicable compatibility factors, including:
-
Dimensions
-
Weight
-
Load capacity
-
Mounting pattern
-
Connector type
-
Plug type
-
Voltage
-
Frequency
-
Wattage
-
Current
-
Control protocol
-
Cable type
-
Supported device
-
Operating environment
-
Material compatibility
-
Indoor or outdoor suitability
-
Venue restrictions
A product is not necessarily defective because it is incompatible with equipment, hardware, wiring, a venue, a structure, or an intended use that was not represented as compatible.
Contacting customer support does not transfer responsibility for final installation or compatibility decisions to Stagevera unless we provide a specific written compatibility guarantee for the exact product and configuration.
9. Product Safety and Inspection
Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery and before installation or use.
Do not use a product that appears:
-
Damaged
-
Defective
-
Incomplete
-
Incorrectly wired
-
Structurally compromised
-
Missing safety components
-
Inconsistent with the ordered specifications
-
Unsuitable for the intended application
Stop using a product immediately if it shows signs of overheating, electrical malfunction, instability, structural failure, smoke, sparks, unusual noise, material deterioration, or other potentially unsafe behavior.
Customers must follow:
-
Product instructions
-
Manufacturer warnings
-
Load and power limits
-
Maintenance requirements
-
Applicable laws
-
Venue rules
-
Electrical and building codes
-
Professional safety practices
Unauthorized modification, improper installation, incorrect voltage, excessive loading, misuse, or failure to follow instructions may cause injury, property damage, product failure, or loss of warranty coverage.
10. Product Availability
Products may be available in limited quantities and may be fulfilled through different suppliers, warehouses, or logistics facilities.
Product availability displayed on the website may change between the time a product is viewed and the time an order is processed.
Adding a product to a cart does not reserve it.
Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that inventory has been finally allocated.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may:
-
Contact you with an updated availability estimate
-
Offer a delay option
-
Offer a comparable alternative with your agreement
-
Cancel the affected item
-
Issue an appropriate refund
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
11. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
Stagevera may review an order for:
-
Payment authorization
-
Fraud prevention
-
Product availability
-
Pricing accuracy
-
Shipping eligibility
-
Address accuracy
-
Quantity limitations
-
Legal or carrier restrictions
A binding sale is generally formed when we accept the order through shipment, a specific acceptance notice, or another action clearly confirming acceptance, subject to any mandatory law that provides otherwise.
We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for a legitimate reason, including:
-
Product unavailability
-
Payment failure
-
Suspected fraud
-
Pricing or listing error
-
Shipping restrictions
-
Legal restrictions
-
Address verification failure
-
Unusually large or suspicious quantities
-
Technical or system errors
If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.
We will not decline service for an unlawful discriminatory reason.
12. Order Quantity Limits and Resale
We may limit or cancel quantities that reasonably appear to be placed by:
-
Dealers
-
Resellers
-
Distributors
-
Automated purchasing systems
-
Multiple connected accounts
-
Persons attempting to misuse a promotion
Quantity limitations may be applied per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order.
Unless otherwise stated, products are offered primarily for end-user purchase.
Purchasing products for resale does not make the purchaser an authorized Stagevera distributor, agent, representative, or partner.
A reseller is independently responsible for applicable resale, labeling, warranty, tax, import, and consumer-protection obligations.
13. Prices and Currency
Product prices may change without advance notice before an order is accepted.
The price charged will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of a clear and material error.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website
-
Shipping charges are calculated separately
-
Customs duties and import taxes are not included
-
Currency-conversion charges imposed by a bank or payment provider are not included
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, currency, supplier, or system error, we may contact you before shipment to:
-
Confirm the corrected price
-
Allow you to cancel
-
Cancel the affected order and issue a refund
We will not charge a materially higher corrected price without your agreement.
14. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges
Customers are responsible for applicable sales tax, use tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, customs duty, import tax, brokerage fee, and similar charge unless it is collected by Stagevera during checkout.
International customers are responsible for confirming whether a product can legally be imported and used in the destination country.
Stagevera does not control charges imposed by governments, customs authorities, carriers, banks, or other third parties.
Failure to pay applicable import charges may result in delay, refusal, storage, abandonment, destruction, or return of a shipment.
Any resulting refund or reshipment will be handled under our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy, subject to applicable law.
15. Payment
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
-
You are authorized to use the payment method
-
The billing information is accurate
-
Sufficient funds or credit are available
-
The transaction does not violate applicable law
Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers.
Stagevera does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card information.
We may delay, decline, or cancel an order when a payment cannot be authorized or when additional verification is reasonably required.
A temporary authorization or pending charge may appear before an order is finally accepted. The release of an authorization is controlled by the relevant bank or payment provider.
16. Fraud Prevention and Verification
To protect customers and Stagevera, we may use reasonable fraud-prevention and order-verification procedures.
We may request additional information when an order presents elevated risk, including:
-
Confirmation of billing information
-
Confirmation of shipping information
-
Identity verification
-
Payment authorization confirmation
-
Additional contact with the cardholder
Customers should not send complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, or sensitive authentication credentials by email.
Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in delay or cancellation.
Verification requests do not guarantee that an order will be accepted.
17. Shipping and Delivery
Order processing, shipping fees, estimated transit times, tracking, split shipments, customs, delays, incorrect addresses, lost packages, and delivery claims are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointment dates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
If Stagevera cannot ship within a promised or legally applicable period, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.
Customers purchasing products for a scheduled performance, event, installation, rehearsal, or production should allow sufficient time for:
-
Processing
-
Shipping
-
Customs clearance
-
Inspection
-
Assembly
-
Testing
-
Installation
-
Professional safety review
-
Replacement if necessary
18. Order Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours after the order is placed.
The 12-hour period is a request window and does not guarantee cancellation or modification.
Once an order enters processing, fulfillment, labeling, supplier confirmation, or shipment, we may be unable to change or cancel it.
A change or cancellation is not confirmed until Stagevera provides written confirmation.
If an order cannot be canceled before shipment, the customer may request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
19. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, defective products, incorrect items, missing components, and customer-preference returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
All returns require prior written authorization unless applicable law provides otherwise.
The legal business address listed in these Terms is not automatically a product return address.
Do not return a product until Stagevera provides written instructions and confirms the applicable return address.
Refund eligibility may depend on:
-
The reason for return
-
The return-request date
-
Product condition
-
Installation or use
-
Included components
-
Original packaging
-
Product type
-
Return authorization
-
Inspection results
-
Applicable law
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any mandatory legal remedy for products that are defective, materially misdescribed, or otherwise nonconforming.
20. Warranties and Manufacturer Support
Some products may include a manufacturer or supplier warranty.
Any applicable warranty information may be provided:
-
On the product page
-
In the product packaging
-
In an included manual
-
By the manufacturer
-
Through customer support
A manufacturer’s warranty is separate from any mandatory rights the customer may have against Stagevera under applicable law.
Unless expressly stated in writing, Stagevera does not create an additional product warranty beyond:
-
The product description
-
The express promises made at purchase
-
Our published policies
-
Rights and warranties imposed by applicable law
Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by:
-
Misuse
-
Improper installation
-
Incorrect voltage
-
Overloading
-
Unauthorized modification
-
Accident
-
Neglect
-
Normal wear
-
Improper storage
-
Failure to follow instructions
-
Incompatible equipment
-
External events
Any warranty exclusion applies only to the extent permitted by law.
21. Third-Party Fulfillment and Suppliers
Stagevera may use independent suppliers, warehouses, manufacturers, carriers, fulfillment centers, and service providers to process or deliver orders.
The use of a third party does not change the fact that an eligible order placed through https://stagevera.us is a transaction with Stagevera.
Packaging, warehouse location, carrier, shipment origin, and return destination may vary by product.
Third-party fulfillment does not authorize a customer to return a product directly to a supplier or address found on a package without Stagevera’s written authorization.
Stagevera remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places on it as the seller.
22. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may contain links to, integrations with, or services provided by third parties, including:
-
Payment processors
-
Carriers
-
Tracking services
-
Social media platforms
-
Review platforms
-
Analytics providers
-
Embedded content providers
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the independent content, availability, security, acts, or omissions of a third-party website that we do not control.
The presence of a third-party link does not necessarily mean that Stagevera endorses every statement, product, or service appearing on that website.
Customers should review third-party terms before using an external service.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that applicable law places on Stagevera for a third party acting on our behalf.
23. Optional Tools and Website Features
We may provide access to optional tools, applications, calculators, compatibility information, filters, or third-party features.
Unless expressly guaranteed, these tools are provided for general assistance and should not replace product specifications, professional advice, measurements, instructions, or safety requirements.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a website feature without advance notice, provided that doing so does not improperly remove a customer’s existing contractual rights.
24. Accuracy and Timeliness of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.
However, information may occasionally contain:
-
Typographical errors
-
Pricing errors
-
Measurement errors
-
Translation errors
-
Technical errors
-
Availability errors
-
Outdated supplier information
-
Incomplete descriptions
We may correct errors and update information at any time.
A correction made after an order is accepted will not automatically change the customer’s contract or charge the customer more without agreement.
Historical information may be provided for reference and may no longer be current.
Customers should review the final product page, checkout information, order confirmation, and applicable policies before completing a purchase.
25. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content are owned by or licensed to STOREVIA LIMITED.
Protected content may include:
-
Stagevera branding

You may not, without authorization:
-
Reproduce substantial website content
-
Republish website content
-
Sell or commercially exploit website content
-
Remove copyright or trademark notices
-
Copy the website’s design or branding

-
Claim affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement
-
Use automated systems to create an unauthorized commercial database
Product names, trademarks, images, and materials belonging to manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
The sale of a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in the product’s design, branding, software, media, or documentation.
26. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
You may submit reviews, photographs, videos, feedback, questions, or other content where the website permits.
You retain ownership of your original submitted content.
By submitting content to Stagevera, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, display, format, translate, and use that content for operating, improving, supporting, or promoting Stagevera and its products.
This license applies only to rights you lawfully possess and does not transfer ownership of your content to Stagevera.
You represent that submitted content:
-
Is based on your honest opinion or experience
-
Does not knowingly contain materially false information
-
Does not infringe another person’s rights
-
Does not reveal private or confidential information without permission
-
Does not contain malicious code
-
Is not unlawfully threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or harassing
-
Is relevant to the product, service, or customer experience
Stagevera does not prohibit or penalize honest negative reviews.
We may moderate or remove content that is unrelated, fraudulent, unlawfully defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, privacy-invasive, infringing, spam, malicious, or clearly false or misleading.
We may disclose or label a material relationship, incentive, free product, discount, employment connection, or other relevant connection when required.
27. Suggestions and General Feedback
If you voluntarily send an idea, suggestion, improvement, or general feedback that is not submitted as a consumer review, we may use it without an obligation to compensate you.
This section does not transfer ownership of a consumer review, photograph, video, confidential business proposal, patented invention, or other protected material beyond the license expressly stated in these Terms.
Do not submit confidential business information or proprietary ideas unless a separate written confidentiality agreement has been signed.
28. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not upload, transmit, or submit material that:
-
Violates applicable law
-
Infringes intellectual property rights
-
Contains malicious code
-
Contains unlawfully discriminatory or hateful content
-
Threatens unlawful violence
-
Harasses or unlawfully defames another person
-
Contains unauthorized personal information
-
Facilitates fraud or identity theft
-
Misrepresents a product experience
-
Impersonates another person
-
Manipulates reviews or ratings
-
Promotes an unrelated commercial service
-
Interferes with website operation
We may investigate and take proportionate action, including content removal, access restriction, or account suspension.
29. Privacy and Electronic Communications
Our collection and handling of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, you acknowledge that we may send transactional communications relating to:
-
Orders
-
Payments
-
Shipping
-
Delivery
-
Returns
-
Refunds
-
Account security
-
Policy updates
-
Customer support
Transactional communications are necessary to administer the customer relationship and are different from optional promotional marketing.
Where legally required, marketing communications will be sent only with the appropriate consent or lawful basis.
Customers may unsubscribe from eligible promotional emails using the method provided in the communication.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary order, security, or service communications.
30. Modifications to Products, Prices, and Services
We may modify:
-
Product availability
-
Product selection
-
Website features
-
Prices
-
Promotions
-
Store content
-
Fulfillment arrangements
-
Shipping options
Changes generally apply prospectively and do not automatically alter an order that has already been accepted.
We may discontinue a product or service at any time.
If a change materially affects an accepted order, we will provide an appropriate option, such as confirmation, cancellation, replacement with agreement, or refund.
31. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons
Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including:
-
Eligibility requirements
-
Start and end dates
-
Minimum purchase requirements
-
Product exclusions
-
Quantity limits
-
Geographic limits
-
One-time-use restrictions
-
Non-combinability
-
Account restrictions
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Discounts do not apply retroactively
-
Coupons have no cash value
-
Shipping, tax, customs charges, and gift cards may be excluded
-
Only one promotion may be used per order
-
Promotions may not be transferred or sold
We may cancel a promotion or refuse promotional benefits where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, system abuse, unauthorized duplication, or violation of the promotion’s disclosed terms.
A promotion will not be changed retroactively after an order is accepted except to correct fraud or an obvious error, subject to applicable law.
32. Gift Cards and Store Credit
Where offered, gift cards and store credits are subject to any additional terms displayed at purchase or issuance.
Gift cards and store credits:
-
May not be redeemable for cash except where required by law
-
May not be replaced if transferred to an unauthorized person
-
May be subject to fraud screening
-
May not be used to purchase another gift card where prohibited
Expiration dates and fees will apply only where permitted by law and clearly disclosed.
Refunds originally paid using store credit or a gift card may be returned to the same form of payment unless applicable law requires otherwise.
33. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Stagevera is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
-
Natural disasters
-
Severe weather
-
Fire
-
Flood
-
Epidemic or pandemic
-
War
-
Civil disturbance
-
Government action
-
Customs action
-
Transportation disruption
-
Carrier shutdown
-
Labor dispute
-
Power failure
-
Internet outage
-

-
Supplier disruption
This section does not remove obligations that applicable law requires us to perform despite such an event.
When performance is materially delayed, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers and provide any required cancellation or refund option.
34. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:
-
Website access will always be uninterrupted
-
Every error will be immediately corrected
-
Every website feature will always remain available
-
General content will be suitable for every individual purpose
-
A product will be compatible with equipment not identified as compatible
-
Estimated delivery will occur by a customer’s private event date
This disclaimer does not apply to:
-
Express written product promises
-
Accepted order obligations
-
Mandatory product warranties
-
Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded
-
Rights arising from defective or materially misdescribed products
-
Fraudulent or misleading representations
35. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
-
Willful misconduct
-
Gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be limited
-
Breach of a mandatory statutory duty
-
Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stagevera will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
This may include loss of:
-
Profit
-
Revenue
-
Business opportunity
-
Production time
-
Event income
-
Reputation
-
Data
-
Anticipated savings
Stagevera does not accept responsibility for a customer’s independently scheduled event, performance, installation, production, rental, or commercial commitment merely because a product was purchased for that purpose.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, Stagevera’s aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to Stagevera for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
This limitation will not apply where a higher remedy is required by applicable law.
36. Customer Responsibility for Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, a customer may be responsible for losses directly caused by the customer’s:
-
Illegal use of the website
-
Fraudulent order
-
Unauthorized payment
-
Intentional damage
-
Material breach of these Terms
-
Infringement of another person’s rights
-
Unsafe or prohibited product modification
-
Commercial use that violates applicable law
-
Submission of unlawful content
A consumer will not be required to compensate Stagevera for loss caused by Stagevera’s own negligence, breach, unlawful conduct, or failure to meet a mandatory obligation.
37. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, business users and persons acting for commercial purposes agree to indemnify Stagevera against third-party claims directly resulting from their:
-
Unlawful use of the website
-
Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
-
Fraudulent conduct
-
Unauthorized resale representations
-
Material breach of these Terms
-
Unsafe commercial modification or installation
-
Submission of unlawful content
This indemnity does not apply to the extent that the claim was caused by Stagevera’s negligence, breach, unlawful conduct, or other fault.
Nothing in this section imposes an unreasonable indemnity on a consumer where prohibited by law.
38. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the website at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:
-
Material violation of these Terms
-
Fraud or attempted fraud
-
Security threats
-
Unauthorized access
-
Abuse of returns or promotions
-

-
Refund obligations
-
Intellectual property rights
-
Fraud investigations
-
Liability provisions
-
Dispute provisions
39. Governing Law
These Terms and transactions with STOREVIA LIMITED are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another jurisdiction’s mandatory consumer law must apply.
A consumer does not lose the protection of mandatory rights available under the law of the consumer’s place of residence merely because these Terms select Hong Kong law, where those protections cannot lawfully be waived.
40. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Customers should contact Stagevera first so that we can attempt to resolve a concern directly.
Contacting Stagevera is encouraged but does not prevent a customer from exercising any legal right, filing a good-faith payment dispute, contacting a regulator, or bringing a claim within an applicable limitation period.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought before courts having lawful jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
This jurisdiction clause is non-exclusive where mandatory consumer law permits or requires a consumer to bring a claim in another competent court.
These Terms do not require private arbitration and do not waive a lawful right to participate in a class or representative proceeding where such a waiver would be prohibited or unenforceable.
41. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A finding that one provision is unenforceable does not make the entire Terms unenforceable.
42. No Waiver
If Stagevera does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
A waiver is effective only when clearly confirmed in writing by an authorized representative.
A waiver relating to one event does not automatically apply to another event.
43. Assignment
Customers may not transfer an order, account, or contractual right in a manner that violates law, facilitates fraud, or materially increases Stagevera’s obligations without consent.
