Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Stagevera.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.
By placing an order through Stagevera, you acknowledge that delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment dates unless Stagevera expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after we receive a properly completed order and successful payment authorization.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing may include:
-
Payment and fraud screening
-
Order verification
-
Product availability confirmation
-
Supplier or warehouse confirmation
-
Picking and packing
-
Quality or quantity checks
-
Shipping label preparation
-
Carrier collection
During holidays, promotional periods, peak seasons, severe weather, high-demand periods, inventory transfers, or other unusual circumstances, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Processing time is separate from estimated shipping transit time.
Orders placed after normal business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
2. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.
The order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily confirm that:
-
Payment has been finally approved
-
Inventory has been allocated
-
The order has entered shipment
-
Every item is available
-
A cancellation or modification request can still be accepted
We may contact you if additional information is needed to verify your order, payment, identity, shipping address, product selection, or compatibility.
Please review your confirmation email promptly and contact us if any information is incorrect.
3. Shipping Fee
Stagevera charges a flat standard shipping fee of:
$6.90 per order
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed before the order is completed.
No additional shipping charge will normally be applied solely because an order is divided into multiple packages.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Return & Refund Policy, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable after an order has been shipped.
Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, address correction charges, storage fees, return-to-sender charges, and similar third-party charges are not included in the $6.90 shipping fee unless expressly stated at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated transit times generally begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
United States
Estimated transit time after shipment: 5–10 business days
When the normal processing period is included, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is generally approximately:
6–13 business days
International Destinations
Estimated transit time after shipment: 10–20 business days
When the normal processing period is included, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is generally approximately:
11–23 business days
These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
A product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or shipping notification may provide a different estimate for a particular item or destination. When a specific estimate is clearly provided for an order, that estimate will apply to that order.
5. Factors That May Affect Delivery
Delivery may take longer because of circumstances including:
-
Carrier delays
-
Customs inspections or clearance
-
Severe weather or natural disasters
-
Public holidays
-
Seasonal shipping volume
-
Remote or restricted delivery locations
-
Transportation disruptions
-
Labor disputes
-
Security inspections
-
Incorrect or incomplete address information
-
Failed delivery attempts
-
Product availability changes
-
Warehouse transfers
-
Supplier delays
-
Local delivery service disruptions
-
Government restrictions
-
Events beyond our reasonable control
Stagevera does not guarantee delivery by a particular date for a performance, rehearsal, production, show, festival, wedding, conference, event, installation, or other scheduled occasion unless that commitment has been expressly confirmed by Stagevera in writing.
Customers should allow sufficient time for processing, shipping, inspection, testing, installation, and any necessary replacement before a scheduled event.
6. Shipping Locations and Fulfillment
Stagevera is an online retail store that may work with multiple warehouses, suppliers, fulfillment centers, and logistics providers.
Depending on product availability and the customer’s destination, an order may be shipped from a domestic or international fulfillment location.
Products within the same order may be stored at different facilities. As a result:
-
Items may be shipped separately
-
Items may have different tracking numbers
-
Packages may arrive on different dates
-
Different carriers may handle different packages
-
Packaging may differ between shipments
The shipment origin does not change the customer’s contractual relationship with Stagevera for an order placed through https://stagevera.us.
7. Shipping Carriers
Stagevera may use carriers and logistics providers including:
-
USPS
-
UPS
-
FedEx
-
DHL
-
Regional carriers
-
International postal services
-
Local last-mile delivery providers
-
Other qualified logistics partners
The carrier is selected based on factors such as:
-
Delivery destination
-
Product size and weight
-
Warehouse location
-
Service availability
-
Estimated transit time
-
Carrier restrictions
-
Package handling requirements
Customers generally cannot select a particular carrier unless a carrier-selection option is expressly offered during checkout.
A shipment may be transferred between multiple carriers before final delivery. The carrier shown in the first tracking update may not be the carrier that completes the final delivery.
8. Tracking Information
Tracking information is generally provided after an order has been dispatched.
The shipping confirmation email may include:
-
Tracking number
-
Carrier information
-
Tracking link
-
Items included in the shipment
-
Estimated delivery information
Tracking information may take approximately 2–5 days after shipment to begin displaying movement because of carrier scanning, data transfer, consolidation, customs processing, or handoff between logistics providers.
A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the package has been lost or has not been shipped.
For orders shipped in multiple packages, a separate tracking number may be provided for each package.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding to reasonable carrier requests relating to delivery, customs clearance, address confirmation, payment of applicable import charges, or collection.
9. Shipping Delays and Backorders
If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase, Stagevera may:
-
Provide a revised estimated shipping date
-
Ask whether you agree to wait
-
Offer cancellation of the affected unshipped item
-
Cancel the affected item and issue a refund
-
Provide another option permitted by applicable law
Where legally required, we will provide an opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped order for a prompt refund.
If no definite revised shipping date is reasonably available, we may inform you that the shipping date is uncertain and explain the available cancellation options.
Stagevera will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
A delay affecting one item does not necessarily require cancellation of other items that have already shipped or remain available, subject to applicable law.
10. Order Changes and Address Updates
Review your order information carefully before completing checkout.
Requests to change an order or shipping address should be submitted as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours after the order is placed.
Contact:
Email: lasgripasty@gmail.com
Phone: +1 (936) 260-5549
Please include your order number and the exact change requested.
The 12-hour period is a request window and does not guarantee that a change can be completed.
Orders may enter payment review, processing, fulfillment, labeling, or shipment shortly after they are placed. Once these activities begin, we may be unable to:
-
Change the shipping address
-
Change the recipient
-
Change a product or variation
-
Change the quantity
-
Add or remove an item
-
Combine separate orders
-
Change the shipping method
-
Cancel the order
A requested change is not confirmed until Stagevera provides written confirmation.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing any written confirmation and notifying us promptly if the confirmed information remains incorrect.
11. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
The address should include all applicable information, such as:
-
Full recipient name
-
Street address
-
Apartment, suite, unit, building, or floor number
-
City
-
State, province, or region
-
Postal or ZIP code
-
Country
-
Accurate telephone number
-
Delivery instructions, where applicable
Stagevera is not responsible for preventable delays or delivery failures resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable information supplied by the customer, except where Stagevera failed to apply a confirmed correction that it had agreed to make.
Carriers may charge address correction, redirection, storage, or return fees. These charges may be the customer’s responsibility when the problem resulted from customer-provided information.
12. Returned-to-Sender Packages
A package may be returned to the sender because of:
-
An incorrect or incomplete address
-
An unknown or unavailable recipient
-
Refused delivery
-
Failure to collect the package
-
Failure to pay applicable customs or import charges
-
Repeated failed delivery attempts
-
An inaccessible delivery location
-
Carrier or customs restrictions
After the returned package has been received and identified by the applicable warehouse or fulfillment facility, Stagevera may offer:
-
Reshipment after payment of applicable additional shipping charges
-
Correction of the shipping address
-
Cancellation and an eligible refund
-
Another appropriate resolution
Any refund may exclude original shipping costs, return-to-sender costs, carrier fees, customs charges, storage charges, address correction fees, or other documented costs where permitted by law.
A returned-to-sender tracking update does not mean that Stagevera has physically received or inspected the returned package.
13. Refused Deliveries
Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a full refund.
Customers should contact Stagevera before refusing a package whenever possible.
A refused package may be subject to:
-
Return transportation charges
-
Carrier handling fees
-
Customs charges
-
Storage fees
-
Additional processing time
-
Deductions permitted under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law
Any eligible refund will generally be considered after the package has been returned, identified, and inspected.
14. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be divided into separate shipments.
When an order is split:
-
No additional standard shipping fee will normally be charged
-
Each package may have a different tracking number
-
Packages may arrive on different dates
-
Items may be shipped by different carriers
-
Packages may originate from different fulfillment facilities
Please review all tracking numbers before reporting missing items.
An order should not be considered incomplete merely because one package arrives before another package that remains in transit.
15. Delivery Attempts and Signature Requirements
Some orders may require:
-
A signature
-
Direct delivery to the recipient
-
Age or identity verification where legally required
-
Collection from a carrier location
-
Appointment scheduling
-
Additional delivery instructions
Whether a signature is required may depend on the product value, size, destination, carrier, risk assessment, or delivery service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available to receive the package when required.
Stagevera cannot guarantee that a carrier will follow a customer’s preferred placement instruction, leave a package unattended, or contact the recipient before delivery.
16. Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Located
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
-
Check the mailbox, parcel locker, entrance, porch, garage, reception desk, mailroom, side entrance, and other secure delivery locations.
-
Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception personnel whether they accepted the package.
-
Review the shipping address in your order confirmation.
-
Allow a reasonable period for carriers that occasionally update tracking shortly before actual delivery.
-
Contact the carrier and request delivery details, including available delivery scans, photographs, coordinates, or case information.
-
Contact Stagevera with your order number and carrier case number.
Stagevera will review reasonably available information, which may include:
-
Carrier tracking
-
Delivery scans
-
Delivery photographs
-
Address records
-
Warehouse information
-
Carrier responses
-
Customer-provided documentation
A delivered tracking scan will be considered relevant evidence but will not automatically prevent review of a legitimate delivery problem.
The available resolution will depend on the evidence, carrier investigation, address accuracy, delivery circumstances, and applicable law.
17. Lost or Delayed Packages
A package may be considered delayed when it remains in transit beyond the estimated delivery period. A delay does not automatically mean that the package is lost.
When a package appears delayed:
-
Review the latest tracking information
-
Allow time for carrier or customs updates
-
Contact the carrier when appropriate
-
Contact Stagevera if the delay becomes substantial
When a carrier confirms that a package is lost, or when available evidence reasonably supports a loss, Stagevera may:
-
Initiate a carrier or supplier investigation
-
Send a replacement
-
Issue a refund
-
Offer another appropriate resolution
Investigations may require customer cooperation and supporting information.
We will not require a customer to wait indefinitely where applicable law requires cancellation, replacement, or refund.
18. Stolen Packages
If a package appears to have been stolen after delivery:
-
Check all possible delivery locations
-
Ask household members, neighbors, and building personnel
-
Contact the carrier
-
Notify Stagevera
-
Consider reporting the incident to local authorities when appropriate
For higher-value claims, Stagevera may reasonably request supporting documentation, such as:
-
Carrier claim information
-
Written confirmation of non-receipt
-
Address verification
-
Security footage, when available
-
A police report, when reasonably appropriate and legally permitted
Requesting documentation does not automatically mean that a claim will be approved or denied.
Stagevera does not guarantee reimbursement for every theft occurring after a carrier has completed delivery, but we will review legitimate claims and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
19. Damaged Packages
Inspect the package and product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If a package or product arrives damaged:
-
Photograph the outer package before discarding it
-
Photograph the shipping label
-
Photograph the internal packaging
-
Photograph or record the damaged product
-
Keep all packaging materials
-
Contact Stagevera promptly
We recommend reporting shipping damage within 7 calendar days after delivery so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier, warehouse, or supplier without unnecessary delay.
This recommended reporting period does not remove any non-waivable right available under applicable law.
Do not return a damaged product without receiving written instructions from Stagevera.
Damaged-product claims are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
20. International Shipping
International shipping is available only to destinations accepted by our checkout system and applicable fulfillment partners.
International orders may be affected by:
-
Customs clearance
-
Import restrictions
-
Product certification requirements
-
Local electrical or safety standards
-
Duties and taxes
-
Brokerage or processing charges
-
Carrier availability
-
Remote-area surcharges
-
Government inspections
-
Prohibited or restricted product rules
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product may legally be imported, possessed, installed, and used in the destination country.
Stagevera does not guarantee that every product is compatible with the destination country’s:
-
Voltage or frequency
-
Plug type
-
Electrical code
-
Wireless regulations
-
Safety requirements
-
Installation standards
-
Venue regulations
-
Product certification requirements
Please review the product specifications before purchasing.
21. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the customer or recipient may be responsible for applicable:
-
Import duties
-
Customs taxes
-
Value-added tax
-
Goods and services tax
-
Brokerage fees
-
Carrier processing fees
-
Customs examination charges
-
Local handling fees
-
Other government or third-party import charges
These charges are determined by customs authorities, governments, carriers, or other third parties and may not be known to Stagevera before shipment.
Stagevera does not control the assessment or collection of these charges.
Failure to pay required import charges may result in delay, refusal, abandonment, destruction, or return of the shipment. Related costs may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund where permitted by law.
Stagevera will not intentionally declare a false product value, misdescribe merchandise, or mark a commercial purchase as a gift to avoid customs charges.
22. Customs Delays and Seizures
Customs clearance times vary and are outside Stagevera’s direct control.
Customs authorities may:
-
Inspect a shipment
-
Request documentation
-
Assess duties or taxes
-
Hold a shipment
-
Reject entry
-
Return a shipment
-
Seize or destroy prohibited goods
Customers must respond promptly to legitimate requests from customs authorities or carriers.
Stagevera will provide reasonably available order or shipment documentation when appropriate. However, we cannot guarantee release by customs or reimburse charges imposed because a customer failed to comply with destination-country requirements.
If a shipment is rejected because Stagevera sent an item that could not legally be imported despite representing otherwise, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.
23. Large, Heavy, and Special-Handling Products
Certain stage, performance, event, storage, mounting, transport, or equipment products may be large, heavy, fragile, or require special handling.
These products may:
-
Ship separately
-
Require additional processing
-
Be transferred between specialized carriers
-
Require a signature or delivery appointment
-
Have limited service to remote locations
-
Take longer than standard parcels
-
Require special unloading or handling arrangements
Any product-specific delivery condition known before purchase should be displayed on the applicable product page or during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can safely receive the product, including adequate access, doorway clearance, loading access, staffing, and equipment where necessary.
24. Event Dates and Time-Sensitive Orders
Stagevera products may be purchased for performances, rehearsals, productions, concerts, theater events, weddings, conferences, exhibitions, festivals, schools, houses of worship, or other scheduled activities.
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees that a product will arrive before a customer’s event.
Customers should order sufficiently early to allow time for:
-
Processing
-
Transportation
-
Customs clearance
-
Inspection
-
Assembly
-
Testing
-
Charging
-
Installation
-
Professional safety inspection
-
Replacement in the event of damage or incompatibility
Stagevera is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from an estimated delivery date being missed, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this section removes the customer’s right to an appropriate remedy when Stagevera fails to comply with an express shipping commitment or applicable law.
25. Product Inspection Before Use
Delivery of a product does not mean that the product is ready for immediate professional or public use.
Before use, customers should inspect the product and confirm:
-
The correct item and quantity were received
-
No shipping damage is present
-
All necessary components are included
-
Voltage and connector requirements are correct
-
Mounting and load specifications are appropriate
-
The product is compatible with the intended equipment
-
Installation instructions and warnings have been reviewed
Products involving electricity, overhead mounting, rigging, structural support, weight-bearing, stage safety, lighting, sound systems, or public-event use should be installed and inspected by a suitably qualified person where appropriate.
26. Shipping Restrictions
Stagevera may decline or cancel an order when:
-
The destination is not serviceable
-
The product cannot legally be shipped to the destination
-
The carrier refuses the product
-
The address cannot be verified
-
Fraud or payment risk cannot be resolved
-
The product is unavailable
-
Shipping costs or requirements were displayed incorrectly
-
Required permits or documentation are unavailable
-
Fulfillment would violate applicable law
If we cancel an order before shipment, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.
We will not replace an unavailable item with a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.
27. Undeliverable or Restricted Locations
Some carriers may not deliver to:
-
P.O. boxes
-
APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
-
Parcel forwarding services
-
Hotels or temporary accommodations
-
Freight-forwarding facilities
-
Remote islands or territories
-
Restricted-access venues
-
Sanctioned or prohibited regions
Availability depends on the product, carrier, fulfillment location, and destination.
Customers using a freight forwarder or third-party reshipping service are responsible for providing accurate forwarding information and complying with the service’s requirements.
Stagevera’s ability to investigate loss or damage may be limited after the order has been delivered to a freight forwarder or third-party agent selected by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
28. Shipping Information and Website Errors
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate shipping fees, processing times, transit estimates, and service availability.
Occasionally, information may contain an error caused by:
-
Carrier data
-
Software configuration
-
Product data
-
Address classification
-
Warehouse information
-
Currency conversion
-
System malfunction
If a material shipping error affects an order before shipment, Stagevera may contact the customer to:
-
Confirm corrected information
-
Offer an alternative
-
Allow cancellation
-
Cancel the order and issue a refund
We will not charge a materially increased shipping fee after purchase without the customer’s agreement.
29. Policy Relationship
Shipping-related returns, cancellations, refunds, refused deliveries, address issues, and damaged-product claims are also governed by our:
-
Return & Refund Policy
-
Terms of Service
-
Privacy Policy
-
Contact Us page
If this policy conflicts with a specific non-waivable consumer protection law, the applicable law will control.
If a product page clearly provides a product-specific shipping condition, that condition will apply to the applicable product to the extent it is consistent with applicable law.
